Cancellations Policy

Greater than 72 hours before scheduled pick up time
25% of the advance you paid will be retained as cancellation fees and the balance 75% refunded.

48-71 hours before scheduled pick up time
50% of the advance you paid will be retained as cancellation fees and the balance 50% refunded.

24-47 hours before scheduled pick up time
75% of the advance you paid will be retained as cancellation fees and the balance 25% refunded.

Less than 24 hours no refund.
The customer can cancel any booking made through COD option, by simply contacting our call center. The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account or by a cheque issue in the name of the customer only. No requests for cash refunds will be entertained.The amount will be refunded approximately within 8 business days
